 Now that you are pregnant you will want to take great care of yourself and your unborn child.  Our classes and resources cover what you need to know and do for optimal health and wellness for each of the 3 trimesters of pregnancy and the 4th trimester, after the baby is born.

Did you know that: Breastfeeding and Breastmilk can help you form a bond with your baby in the first hours after birth and can have amazing benefits on your baby’s health even into adulthood. This is why some people refer to breast milk as “liquid gold.”

This is a 12 week  group meeting for parents and caregivers. The program includes activities, discussions, a family-style meal, and complimentary childcare during the sessions.

  Prevent infant sleep-related deaths with information for parents and caregivers on the importance of practicing safe sleep and by providing resources to access portable cribs to families in need.

 MiSN has partnered with Vitamin Angels is working to reduce this inequity by reaching the most nutritionally vulnerable populations – pregnant women, infants, and young children – with proven nutrition solutions. We concentrate our efforts on helping underserved communities overcome barriers to access.
