Shayna Weinberg

President

Shayna is a certified Birth Doula through DONA International and a certified Crisis Counselor through the American Institute of Health Care Professionals (AIHCP). She has extensive experience supporting expectant and new mothers from diverse cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds, providing compassionate, client-centered care that honors individual traditions, values, and birth experiences.

Committed to empowering families throughout the perinatal journey, she works closely with mothers in Sullivan County and surrounding communities, offering guidance, advocacy, education, and emotional support. Her passion for maternal health and family well-being continues to make a positive impact on the lives of the families she serves.

Secretary 


Stacy serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors and brings more than 15 years of experience as a research scientist and leader in the technology industry. Throughout her career, she has led research initiatives, leveraged data-driven insights, and collaborated across diverse teams to advance innovation and drive meaningful outcomes.

Passionate about improving the health and well-being of families, Stacy is honored to support Maternal Infant Services Network (MISN) in its mission to ensure that birthing people and families have access to the information, resources, and support they need to thrive. Her commitment to evidence-based practices, community impact, and informed decision-making strengthens the organization's efforts to promote healthy families and vibrant communities.

As Secretary, Stacy helps support effective board governance, organizational accountability, and strategic planning while contributing her expertise and leadership to advance MISN's mission and vision.

Stephanie serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors and brings more than 10 years of experience in the finance industry. As a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), she has extensive expertise in financial management, internal controls, risk assessment, compliance, and fiscal oversight.

Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to financial accountability, strategic planning, and organizational excellence. Her professional experience includes overseeing financial operations, evaluating internal processes, and supporting sound decision-making to strengthen organizational performance.

As Vice President, Stephanie provides leadership and strategic guidance to the Board of Directors, helping advance the organization's mission and long-term goals. Her financial expertise, collaborative approach, and dedication to community impact make her a valuable asset to both the Board and the organization.

Rhett W. serves as a member-at-Large on the Board of Directors, bringing more than 15 years of dedicated service and commitment to Maternal Infant Services Network (MISN). Having previously served as Board President, Rhett has played an instrumental role in supporting the organization's growth, governance, and long-term strategic direction.

With a professional background in law, Rhett provides valuable legal insight and guidance to help ensure that MISN operates effectively while advancing its mission of improving maternal, infant, and family health outcomes. His expertise supports informed decision-making, organizational compliance, and strong governance practices.

As a member-at-Large, Rhett continues to contribute his knowledge, leadership, and passion for community service to help the organization achieve its goals and create lasting impact for the families and communities it serves. His longstanding commitment to MISN reflects his dedication to strengthening healthy families and building thriving communities throughout the region.

Nadia serves as a member-at-Large on the Board of Directors and brings more than a decade of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the healthcare field. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and supporting individuals and families across a variety of healthcare settings.

Her extensive clinical experience has given her valuable insight into the health needs of diverse populations and the importance of accessible, high-quality care. Nadia is passionate about improving health outcomes and advocating for the well-being of mothers, infants, children, and families within the communities served by MISN.

As a member-at-Large, Nadia contributes her healthcare expertise, community perspective, and commitment to service to support the Board's efforts in advancing MISN's mission of promoting healthy families and thriving communities. Her dedication to compassionate care and community health makes her a valuable asset to the organization and the families it serves.

Kirby serves as a member-at-Large on the Board of Directors and brings many years of experience in the healthcare field, supporting individuals, families, and communities through compassionate service and advocacy. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to improving access to care, promoting health and wellness, and addressing the diverse needs of the populations she serves.

As a former Secretary of the Board, Kirby has contributed to the organization's governance and growth through her commitment, leadership, and collaborative approach. Her extensive healthcare experience provides valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities facing families and communities, helping to guide the organization's efforts to improve maternal, infant, and family health outcomes.

As a member-at-Large, Kirby continues to support MISN's mission by contributing her expertise, community perspective, and dedication to fostering healthy families and thriving communities throughout the region. Her longstanding commitment to service and advocacy makes her a valued member of the Board of Directors.

Craig serves as a member-at-Large on the Board of Directors, bringing extensive experience in healthcare leadership, community health initiatives, and organizational development. In his professional role as Executive Director of Healthier Communities at AGO, he works to advance programs and partnerships that improve health outcomes and strengthen community well-being.

Throughout his career, Craig has contributed expertise in grant development, patient experience, and value-based healthcare programs, helping organizations develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of the communities they serve. His commitment to collaboration, strategic planning, and community engagement  

aligns closely with MISN's mission to support healthy families and thriving communities.

As a member-at-Large, Craig provides valuable insight and guidance to the Board, supporting the organization's continued growth, fiscal stewardship, and long-term impact throughout the Hudson Valley region.
